Return
If you are not fully satisfied with a product you purchased directly from Toptool, Toptool will accept a return within 30 days after the date on which delivery of the product is made to you. If a return is properly made according to our Returns & Refunds Policy, we will refund the full purchase price within 3 business days (less return shipping costs unless otherwise indicated in the Returns & Refunds Policy).
If your order fits one of the criteria below it's eligible for a full refund. (we will cover the shipping fee)

However, if a product is returned for any other reason, the buyer will be responsible for the restocking and handling fee.
In the event that a cancellation of purchase or return is initiated by the customer with no fault or obligation on the part of the seller, the buyer shall be responsible for any associated PayPal service fees incurred as a result of the transaction. The seller reserves the right to deduct these fees from any refunded amounts. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review and understand PayPal's fee structure and terms of service prior to initiating a transaction. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
Please contact us in advance if you are returning an item. The product, along with all of its accessories, free gifts, and manuals, should be returned to its original packaging. Please provide us with the tracking information once the package has been picked up by the post office, so that we may process your return more efficiently.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within within 3 business days.
