It provides FULL system diagnoses and services for all available modules of the vehicle, while the MD806/MD808 provides only 4 basic system diagnoses: engine, transmission, ABS and SRS. It is designed to add 2 additional special functions (Throttle Matching and Adjust A/F), compared with MD808 which only has 5 special functions.
