1. WHERE DO OUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?

German Warehouse First: For our customers in Germany and the EU, we prioritize shipping from our local German warehouse. This ensures the fastest delivery times and eliminates customs complications for you.

Global Stock Management: To avoid delays, if an item is temporarily out of stock in our German facility, your order will be shipped directly from our primary manufacturing hub in Shenzhen, China. In such cases, we manage the import process to ensure a smooth experience.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real-time.

3. SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to most locations in Germany. Some remote areas may require a small additional fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • VAT & Customs: All prices on de.toptoolonline.com are VAT inclusive (MwSt. inklusive). For shipments to Germany, there are no hidden customs duties or additional import taxes for the end customer.
