Return & Cancellation Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from Toptool, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and received in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our policy.

 If your order fits one of the criteria below it's eligible for a full refund. (we will cover the shipping fee)

In the event that a cancellation of purchase or return is initiated by the customer with no fault or obligation on the part of the seller, the buyer shall be responsible for any service fees incurred from the original transaction. The seller reserves the right to deduct these non-refundable transaction fees from any refunded amount.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and understand the fee structure and terms of service of their selected payment provider prior to completing a purchase. By finalizing a transaction, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Please contact us in advance if you are returning an item. The product, along with all of its accessories, free gifts, and manuals, should be returned to its original packaging. Please provide us with the tracking information once the package has been picked up by the post office, so that we may process your return more efficiently.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
