We fulfill orders through regional warehouses serving the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and other international destinations. The warehouse used for your order depends on its delivery address.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders delivered within the United States ship from our U.S. warehouse. Orders delivered within the United Kingdom ship from our U.K. warehouse.

Customers in the European Union should place their orders through our dedicated EU store. Orders placed there ship from our warehouse in Germany and are subject to the EU store’s shipping terms.

Orders delivered to all other destinations, including Australia and Canada, ship from our Hong Kong warehouse.

If an item is unavailable at the warehouse assigned to your destination, we will contact you before dispatching it from a different location.

Processing & Transit

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Transit times vary by destination and shipping service. Any delivery date provided at checkout is an estimate and may be affected by carrier operations or customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping services and their charges are presented at checkout before payment. Where free shipping is available, it will be clearly shown as an option for your order.

Customs & Import Charges

Shipments from Hong Kong may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs handling fees in the destination country. Unless these charges are explicitly included at checkout, they are payable by the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before or upon delivery.

Address Changes & Support

Please review your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase. If a correction is needed, contact support@toptoolonline.com promptly with your order number. We can update an address only while the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

For return requests, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Do not send an item to the address on its original shipping label; we will provide the appropriate return instructions for your order.
